If you have a defective product, please let us know, and send photos, as well as your order number. We will do our best to exchange defective products.
For items you'd like to return, due to either not needing it, or change of plans, there is 50% restocking fee. We have to open the product, inspect, refund, restock, often times replace the box and pay the merchant fees. Customer is responsible for the Return shipping. If the package arrives and the product is or damage we reserve the right to void the refund. We want to make sure you get the correct item, so PLEASE contact us, if you have questions about fitment, we're always happy to help over the phone, or via email if you need help. We would much rather make sure you get the RIGHT item before ordering, so please make sure you know what you're buying, or call us first!
