RETURNS/SHIPPING/cancellations

REFUNDS:

If you have a defective product, please let us know, and send photos, as well as your order number. We will do our best to exchange defective products. Returns are accepted within 15 days of original purchase. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO APPROVE THE RETURN, IF YOU SEND IT BACK WITHOUT APPROVAL, WE WILL NOT PROCESS THE RETURN. 

We do accept returns, however there is a 25% restocking fee, for unopened unused items, as we pay fees for refunds, and we spend the time to open, inspect, restock. We do not accept returns for opened/used items. If your items shows delivered, but you did not receive the item, you need to contact your local post office/handler as we have no control over the item once it leaves our facility. We have no control over items being stolen off porches etc. IF you want signature confirmation/insurance please contact us at the time of order for special coverage. We are not liable for ups/usps/fedex delays, or issues. Please contact your carrier for any questions about deliveries. 

If your package comes back do to wrong address, rejection, no such address, we will contact you, to get the correct address. If we do not hear from you within a week, we will issue a refund minus the restocking fee. PLEASE contact us with any questions, if your unsure about which parts to order, we want you to get the RIGHT item the first time, we aren't liable for customers ordering the wrong components

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you choose to cancel your order, after you've made it, we do charge a $10 cancellation fee, as we have the labor of pulling the items, printing the labels, and processing fees we do not get back.
