Hi. In order to register this item for warranty please watch our YouTube video and comment your order number within 7 days of receiving. This shows us that you watched the video on installation. If this has not been done, the warranty is void and no returns - or exchanges - will be accepted under any circumstances. We do this to make sure our customers are watching the installation video, to ensure its being installed properly. There are no exceptions to this. Please take your time on the installation and follow all instructions.
